Inderjit Ahluwalia is the founder and managing attorney of The Ahluwalia Firm. Mr. Ahluwalia is licensed to practice U.S. immigration law not only in the United States but across the world. He is also licensed to practice law in India. Mr. Ahluwalia is a law graduate of Mc George School of Law, Sacramento, California  and GNDU, Facility of Law, India.

Mr. Ahluwalia started his legal career as a junior attorney in India and later worked with a multinational law firm in San Francisco, California. Since emigrating to the United States, Mr. Ahluwalia has focused exclusively on Immigration and Nationality Law, working in immigration law firm. He has successfully advised many foreign nationals, human resources personnel, executives, managers and professionals at multinational corporations on a variety of business and family immigration related issues.

He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the South Asian Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Bar Council of India and the American Bar Association.
