Inderjit Ahluwalia is the founder and managing attorney of The Ahluwalia Firm. He has received his undergraduate degree at Punjab University, Chandigarh, India (B.A. 1997), his Law Degree (LL.B. 2000) at GNDU, Facility of Law, Amritsar, India and Masters of Laws (Transnational Business Practice) (LL.M. 2008) from Mc George School of Law, Sacramento, California.
Mr. Ahluwalia started his legal career as a junior attorney in India and later worked with a multinational law firm in San Francisco, California. Since emigrating to the United States, he has focused exclusively on Immigration and Nationality Law, working in immigration law firm. He has successfully advised many foreign nationals, human resources personnel, executives, managers and professionals at multinational corporations on a variety of business and family immigration related issues. He has represented foreign nationals in all matters before the Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Ahluwalia is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
